Scott Kiefner, the executive manager of Mossy Auto Group, has spent over thirty years in the automotive industry after initially pivoting from architectural drafting due to a sluggish building sector. Throughout his long tenure, he has found the greatest fulfillment in mentoring and training others, helping numerous salespeople and managers advance to prominent leadership positions within the business. As the incoming chair of the New Car Dealers Association of San Diego County, he aims to apply this collaborative spirit to strengthen the organization’s financial stability and encourage greater local dealer involvement in legislative advocacy.
